Before proceeding to the Amendments applicable first the study material edition which is to be studied for November 2014 Final Exams for Paper 4 is January 2014 Edition
Students having earlier version of study material not earlier than January 2013
Shall also study both the below listed supplementary study papers 1&2.
But the students who are having January 2014 edition of study material , the amendments which are given in supplementary study paper I.e containing 45 sections are Already incorporated in this edition but the amendments through Ssp-2 are not incorporated in this edition. So you are required to study SSP 2 Given below in addition to the January 2014 edition of study material.
A total of 45 sections out of the notified 98 sections of Companies Act, 2013 and significant circulars and clarifications issued by ministry of corporate affairs from 12th September 2013 to 31st January 2014 are applicable for November 2014 CA Final Examinations
The 45 sections and circulars which are applicable for November 2014 examinations can be studied from supplementary study paper released y ICAI in this regard

Notified sections of Chapter IX, “Accounts of Companies” and Chapter X, “Audit and Auditors” of the Companies Act,2013, along with its Rules are also applicable for November 2014 examinations in respect of following papers:
Paper 1: Financial Reporting (Group I)
Paper 3: Advanced Auditing and Professional Ethics (Group I)
Paper 4: Corporate and Allied Laws (Group I)
These notified sections can be studied from the supplementary study paper issued in this regard by ICAI
